The Sunday Sip: Know Hope

There is always a hope. That’s what our life should harp on when things around you don’t seem to work out,but never give up, because you must know hope when there you think there is no hope.

In my life I have come across many who have made it possible hoping against hope, an expression we often use when we have nothing left in sight. I have seen patients suffering from terminal diseases and still recovering because they never lost hope. I have come across ‘hopeless’ cases making sincere efforts and making it big in life and if you believe me, I have even had miracles happening at times in my life and in lives of others too.

It’s just a matter of your determination, your belief in yourself and your will to make anything happen in your life. If you have the right attitude, you can make impossible possible, you can make life make a turnaround, and you can do what you think is best for you.

It might sound a bit dreamy sermon, but my effort is to share what I feel is real because I have seen it happening with me quite often. So if you have lost hope, gain it again, and there is nothing called no hope in life, but what is important is to know hope.

If you are let down by a poor salary raise this year and didn’t get a promotion, just cheer up and keep working till you get one. If you are not getting something you keenly want in life, look ahead and strive hard to get it. If you are suffering from an illness, make plans all that you would do after you are okay. If you are having a troubled relationship, pray hard and see what God has in store for you.

If you are not able to get the best out of life, re-define what is ‘best’, and you may end up believing that you have got better, the best out of the rest. Plan your priorities in life, work towards them, but never let them let you down. They will work out when they have to, and even if they don’t you always have endless options to take a new road to reach the destination. Never lose hope, no matter what.
