Maple In The Air!
It’s a real awesome picture of a maple leaf on the Glimpse of Canada today! Incidentally the Maple Leaf is a Canadian symbol and is on the Canadian flag.
Canadian promoter Chris Shamsher has to say something about this picture of his, “One would ask how I captured this in mid air? Was it the exact timing and right focus, as it was flying through the air? Well I’ll tell you my secret – the leaf was hanging from one thin, almost invisible strand of the spider-web (which can not be seen in the picture), and I was able to take my time and focus on it and have the background out of focus. It was taken at a cemetery and the tree behind it is a maple.”

One thing i wud like to mention here, though a bit out of context. While i have seen comments pouring in for many of ur posts Amit, there are hardly any for the posts written by others like in Canadian cafe, or even a wonderful pic like this Maple. It’s a personal discretion, fairly enough. But hope it’s not because ur readers don’t know the people in Canada personally, as they know u, and hence, ignore their gud work. Or for the ones writing other columns in ur blog. If that’s so, let’s hope we all move beyond r personal boundaries to appreciate gud work, irrespective of everything.
